Anne-Laure Henry-Gréard is the Programme Manager of Better Work Bangladesh since May 2018. A partnership between ILO and the IFC, Better Work is a global programme working across several garment-producing countries that brings diverse groups together – governments, global brands, factory owners, and unions and workers – to improve working conditions in the garment industry and make the sector more competitive. Prior to that, she was the Deputy Programme Manager of the ILO Ready-Made Garment Programme in Bangladesh since 2015. Anne-Laure specializes in CSR in supply chains particularly in the garment sector, stakeholder engagement, fundraising and programme management. A graduate from the Paris Institute of Political Science and the Panthéon-Sorbonne University, she has extensive experience in the development sector in Latin America, Europe and South Asia.
