Tareq Abu Qaoud oversees the effective implementation of all projects components, including the deliverance of the programme’s core services and ensuring the engagement of its stakeholders. He has been working with BWJ since its establishment in 2008, developing its core services, building capacity, and collaborating with the Better Work global office by coaching programme teams in Nicaragua, Haiti, Lesotho, Bangladesh, and Indonesia. He also played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the programme’s Quality Assurance System. Tareq has over ten-years’ experience in implementing corporate social responsibility policies for American and European buyers across the Middle East. Tareq is an industrial engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration.
